We usually only need an hour or so inside the home. The home needs to be as tidy as possible, what you see is what you get on film. It is recommended that you be there at least for the beginning to make sure the home is "staged" to your liking. We do NOT move furniture or any of the owners personal items for liability reasons. The tours are rather straight forward..aerial(if available), exterior front, 1st floor, second floor, basement if applicable, exterior rear. I don't spend much time in baths or closets unless they are particularly nice...smaller rooms we just poke into the room and pan and then pull out. The idea is to "walk thru the house" in as close to a continuous shot as possible so the viewer gets a real good idea of the flow. Just as someone might tour the home. The more we transition from one shot of a room to another the harder it is for the viewer to understand the flow. Please make known any special requests, we will try to accommodate as best we can We will do our best to get all the highlights however, we need to keep the tour reasonably short so some parts of the home might POSSIBLY be edited out. (I use my best judgment on that.) If we make a mistake, re edits are on us...we absorb the cost. If you see something that you just can't live with, there is a $25 re edit fee. If we need to re shoot there is a minimum charge of $50... I know you will be happy :) Regarding the Narrative, we try to limit the narrative to things that might not be readily apparent to the viewer... Put something together and I might tweak it a bit and then send it back to you for approval before we run with it. Be creative!! Fill out a release form that the owner must sign. Essentially it gives us permission to video the home and syndicate the tour. Payment is due by the day we shoot and we accept Visa, MasterCard check or cash. That's it you are all caught up!!
